This Home has a covered patio in back as well as fenced yard, great for kids and pets. Spacious front and back yard for playing. Respectful mature guests only, Not for college students or partiers. Beach is 1 minute walk and is not crowded. Far West End of Panama City Beach. 5 mins to Walton beaches, Rosemary Beach 8 mins.

Sales tax applies to short term rentals cleaning fee 125.00 Security deposit 300. Extra pet deposit may apply. Policies Our Property is pet friendly well behaved pets are invited to stay with their owners. To book pay 50% of rent for weekly rentals. One months rent for monthly. 30 days notice required for full refund of deposit. 24 and over to rent. Extra security may be required for pets. Refunds 14 days for security deposit.
No refunds for cancellation less thatn 30 days except for mandatory evacuation.
Pet Policy, NO guard dogs, friendly well mannered pets only. No chewers, floor piddlers, constant barkers or unfriendly pets. Pet poop must be scooped before departure and kept clean during visit.
People Policy: pretty much the same rules, no barkers or unfriendly guests wanted. If your grumpy and a complainer please do not book.
This is a no smoking house you may smoke outside. Do not throw Butts on property, and please be respectful of neighbors.
